Customer Invoicing

Get your invoices and statements out to your clients promptly, accurately, and in style. We can help you prepare your invoices and statements using QuickBooks, or you can create them yourself. Either way, we will record the activity and track what you have collected on and what is still outstanding.  

Bill Payment

Allow us to properly record each bill that you receive into your accounts payable. We will then provide you with reports, detailing the vendors you need to pay, how much to pay, and when payment is due. This will simplify your need to constantly review your bills and stress about when to make payment. If you wish, we will can even prepare your checks and schedule your online payments. This will allow you to concentrate on running your business, not paying bills.

Account Reconciliation

Once your activity has been recorded, we will review and reconcile each account to ensure the accuracy of your books. We will provide you with reports so you can see where you stand at any given time.

Financial Statements

At the end of each month we will produce financial statements that will include a balance sheet, income statement, and schedules of other balance sheet and income statement accounts. These reports will provide you with all the information you need to fully understand the health and success of your business. Payroll

We are an affiliate of Paychex, a nationally known payroll processing company. Through Paychex and our expertise, you can rest assured that all your payroll needs are being accurately handled and processed in the most cost effecient manner. Each pay period you will receive a summary and detail report of your payroll, a cash requirement report, checks and pay stubs for your employees. We offer for your employees both live checks and direct deposit, which ever they prefer. We will also handle all your payroll related taxes and tax deposits. That means you have nothing to do but review your employees' timesheets and email to us.

Audit & Review Preparation

With over five years of audit and review management and preparation, we can help you create the workpapers your auditors will request and need. This can save you thousands of dollars. Instead of paying your auditors hundreds of dollars an hour to create these workpapers for their files, you can provide these workpapers for them at a fraction of cost. It will also allow you the ability to fully understand what your auditors are doing and they are looking for. We can also help you review your internal controls and answer control questionnaires from your auditors.
